Every verified customer rates Trust, Smile and Value from 1 to 5. Your Clap Score tells how your customers look at you.
Until 10 verified responses arrive, your page shows your stories and keeps the score quiet.
The score is cumulative, so removing a card doesn't change your score.
Free pages earn a Clap Score the same way Pro and Business pages do.
